private spa clean room perfect location

i appreciated the private spa access upon arrival. it was a relaxing start to my stay, and the rooms were super clean and modern. the shampoo and soap smelled really good! location was perfect.

the minibar was not replenished daily.

The superior double room proved disappointing. the room faced a narrow street. The noise levels were high. the single-glazed windows did little to block out the sound.

the rooftop terrace were beautiful. i enjoyed music and tapas there on friday nights, it was a great time. the staff was also very pleasant and willing to help. the provided toiletries are five star quality.

we booked a hotel airport pickup, but it arrived late. the driver didn't track the flight. we needed to request daily turndown service and a shower cap. the spa access is 45 minutes regardless of the length of your stay.

the rooftop space was acceptable and had a good atmosphere.

The classic room felt cramped and lacked privacy. the semi open-plan bathroom design, with only a glass door separating the shower and toilet, was awkward. noise from the street was disruptive due to inadequate soundproofing. Sleep was difficult.

the room was a superior double room spa access. the bed was comfortable. the location was very central, close to many things. the staff did help when i had questions.

the room felt small. there wasnt much storage. the airport pickup that i booked with the hotel was late. the driver didn't seem to track the flight properly.
