the staff were super kind. they let me refill my water bottle for free. the hotel also stock luggages if needed.
the rooms didn't had a towel dryer. i missed that, and the humidity are high. the breakfast had no salad options, and i love a little fruits in the morning.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. I could easily walk to the beach, a supermarket, and the city centre. a nearby cafe offered good vegan options. This was a definite plus for me. the roof terrace had a little pool.. it was a great spot to relax.

the staff were friendly and always polite. the breakfast at boira restaurant had excellent value and was very filling. i really liked the evening tapas and beer deal at 5 pm (it was quite a steal!).
the fire alarm rang at 4:30 a.m. i thought something had caught on fire. we did not receive information on what was happening. i did not like this situation (it was really scary).

The staff was lovely, always ready to help with smile. The location was ideal, close to transportation. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled eggs were perfect. I really liked hotel cleanliness and quietness.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only gel and shampoo. I find it bit strange for four star hotel.
