lovely stay with friendly faces
helpful staff convenient location italian restaurant
the staff were so helpful and kind i felt right at home taxis was quickly and it was easy to explore the city i also really liked the value of breakfast it was a tasty treat. the location was great a short walk took me to cafes bars and restaurants it was super convenient and enjoyable. i found a fantastic italian restaurant nearby i had a very pleasant meal.
i noticed a few minor signs of wear on the bathroom door it looked like it had been repaired before but everything still worked just fine.

the room offered a bathtub perfect for relaxation after a day out exploring the city it included a stocked mini bar with reasonable prices ensuring refreshments were always within reach i found this feature very convenient. the rooms were nice and calm.

the lobby area was appealing and created a cute first impression private parking was available upon prior reservation providing peace of mind with vehicles the reception service operated 24 hours for any assistance i required. it was great to have paring.

breakfast offered good value for the price it included a generous selection of items ensuring a satisfying start to my day there were plenty of seats available in the dining area offering a relaxed atmosphere to begin the day.

the reception staff was helpful. they provided tips on attractions upon arrival. the room was spacious. it was also clean.
the room was quite small. it was designed for three people, yet felt cramped. neighbours were noisy and everything was audible through the walls.

water temperature fluctuation slamming door noise
The staff were friendly and provided helpful tips for local attractions. That was acceptable.
The water temperature in the shower fluctuated drastically between hot and cold, rendering it difficult to have a comfortable shower. This occurred consistently. I also found the noise from slamming doors disturbing.

fresh fruit bus routes tidy room thin wall temperature variation noisy lift
the breakfast had good choices. i saw pastries, eggs, and fresh fruit. the staff helped with local bus routes, it was very usefull. my double or twin room balcony was cleaned everyday and was very tidy.
the walls were thin. i hear people in other rooms. the shower temperature variated from hot to cold. the lift was noisy, it disrupts my sleep.
