The Mercury, Blackpool-over 21's only features eight en-suite rooms, each with its own theme. Themes range from London to New York, with stops in Paris and Las Vegas. Rooms have a bed, TV, towels, complimentary toiletries, and tea/coffee making facilities. The London themed suite has a king-size bed with a pocket sprung/memory foam topped mattress, a 32" TV, and a separate dressing/sitting room with a wardrobe, dressing table, and mirror. The 60's Music Suite has a leather TV bed with a 32' TV and a separate seating area themed on the Cavern Club. The 80's Rock Suite has a double divan bed and a 37" flat screen TV with a separate dressing/sitting room furnished with modern beech furniture, a circular table with chairs, and a cheval mirror. The single room has a single bed with a luxury mattress and a Las Vegas theme. Standard double rooms such as the New York room have a double divan bed with themed bedding and decor, and a 21" flat screen TV. The Superior Suite has an ornate double bed, 32" flat screen TV, Queen Anne style chairs, a large chest of drawers, original oil paintings, and a sea view. Each room includes central heating and double glazing.
Dining Options
The Mercury provides a breakfast area with a sea view. Free breakfast is included. Options include continental, cooked, English/Irish, healthy, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices. To-go breakfast is available. The property has a licensed bar.
