The location was ideal. It provided easy access to key attractions. The staff were cute.. their friendliness certainly enhanced our experience. Our room included a fridge, a sink, and even Prosecco glasses.

Our double room felt quite compact. Space around the bed was limited. The window offered a rather restricted view. Housekeeping contacted us earlier than expected on our departure day. There seemed to be a misunderstanding regarding the agreed checkout time.

I got a room in the basement and it has a view of a brick wall. there was no mini bar in the room.

the location allowed independence. i appreciated the discounts with nearby restaurants. the team created a comfortable atmosphere in front of the fireplace, it was very romantic.

I found it disappointing the hotel did not present as brand new. the rooms felt small. It was hard to relax without a comfortable chair. the little round table was also stained.
