charming stay!
efficient housekeeping friendly staff wide selection tasty meals
the front desk service impressed me. housekeeping seemed quite efficient mid-week. the bar staff were helpful, as were the supervisors. breakfast offered a wide selection and tasted delicious. the staff demonstrated a kind and friendly approach, and evening meals were tasty. they accommodated requests without any hesitation.
the shower door didn't align correctly. a small amount of water seeped onto the bathroom floor.

the room included a shower and a bath. toiletries and complimentary water were a very nice touch. the size seemed adequate and the room looked generally well kept.

The hotel sits near bus stops. a shopping centre is nearby. It includes a mcdonald's and kfc. access from gatwick by train and bus seemed easy. access to east by bus was also very straightforward.

The staff was lovely. i found the bed very comfortable! the evening meal was excellent. It came at a reasonable price. i appreciated the good quality tea in the room.

the room had a television with a large screen. i appreciated the complimentary refreshments provided. the check-in was smooth, and i received an upgrade to an executive room upon joining the loyalty scheme. it reminded me of a lovely touch.
the room became quite hot. there was no air conditioning. i also couldn't use the table fan due to a cranking noise.

The staff are accommodating. The hospitality was fantastic. demic, one of the bar staff, was helpful and polite. i think this quality is a true asset to the hotel, demonstrating a commitment to good service.

staff was helpful. the location offered shops. breakfast had good food. i appreciated gym discount at nutfield across street. i liked that there were restaurants nearby. i felt good about clean rooms. caroline and deric were very professional. electric vehicle charging was available.

a mixed experience with some issues
unexpected charge musty smell
upon arrival , i faced an unexpected charge for parking. the room was not great , it felt cramped , and it had a noticeable musty smell. also basic things like complimentary water were missing , a small detail that matters.
