limited equipment street noise

The advertised amenities seemed better online than what I found. The gym was quite small with limited equipment. The breakfast buffet lacked variety for international travelers. The options skewed heavily towards Indian cuisine. the noise isolation was not adequate. I could hear a lot of street noise throughout the night.

the hotel is very close to the airport. i got a cab quickly using a ride-sharing app early in the morning. i was allowed to check in early. the front desk staff handled check-in efficiently even with many guests arriving at once.

the value felt poor for the price i paid. the corridors were noisy late at night because of other guests. i found the receptionist not very pleasant. the door person struggled to understand where to direct me for nearby restaurants.

My stay included fantastic staff and tasty food. I was quite impressed! The hotel provided excellent service and an overall wonderful experience. I plan to choose this hotel for future visits. I felt both safe and content .

The hotel offered airport pickup, but it required an extra charge. It was unexpected. I think a complimentary option would greatly improve the guest experience and overall value.

The restaurant staff gave individual attention, it was polite and nice. They even helped pack lunch. I really appreciated their attentiveness. Manish, Sita, and Ashish are assets. They cater to guest comfort.

I called reception and in-room dining, the staff were not very helpful. The service felt rushed. The buffet food was not refreshed regularly. Some items had been sitting out a while. This affected my dining experience.

amazing service and quality!

clean room buffet option

the hotel was great. the rooms were really clean and super comfy! the pool? totally relaxing! and i even spotted a gym for anyone wanting a workout. plus, the restaurant had a fantastic buffet with tons of tasty options.

the big television in the room only had one hindi station. i wanted more options. maybe more channels should be available.
