dirty bathroomshower curtain
I thought the location was convenient, however, the room reeked of stale smoke. the corridors seemed quite dirty, moreover the bathroom was not clean at all. I found hairs in the bed and the shower. the shower curtain kept sticking to me when i showered, i found that unpleasant. the bathroom door didn't close properly, therefore the bedroom floor got wet.

the staff was helpful with my late arrival. the room was clean and prepared. i appreciated the quick check-in process and got to my room fast. the proximity to the bus interchange made my early flight easy to catch!
I noticed some noise from the corridors. It wasn't a major issue though.

I found the staff especially friendly. They quickly addressed my needs. the hotel's location is very convenient, close to the train station. i also appreciated the comfortable bed and dove toiletries offered in the room. ,. but the location was good.
My room lacked proper ventilation and felt too warm, despite my request for it to be cooler. the lighting was also not ideal. The emergency light was bright.

i found the location quite convenient for my travel plans near the bus interchange it helped reduce travel stress. the receptionist greeted me with such warmth offering soup and tea a gesture i found very comforting. the room was clean with fresh linens providing a simple yet restful space for my short stay. staff demonstrated really good friendliness making my experience pleasant
the room i was given was smaller than expected feeling a bit confined for my liking and limited storage
