Great stay!
friendly staffconvenient parkingmissing soundproofing
the staff were friendly and accommodating. i found parking at the rear of the building to be very convenient. the hotel was very clean inside (i really appreciated that). the hotel is a short walk from the sea front and nearby shops.
the room lacked soundproofing between rooms and floors. i also noticed paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. drink making facilities were in the room, but power points were not nearby, unsafe to use them.

The room was tidy. Drinks and fruit were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly. I watched the fireworks from the tub with a bottle of fizz. I will remember it. I also saw a lovely sunset from the window of my room.
I thought the room was small. It also looked tatty. I couldn't close the bathroom window. I could not open the window in the main room. The fridge made a constant noise, so I turned it off.

The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my visit. My room was clean and quite spacious for a short stay, i appreciated that. The breakfast had many options to choose from, very convenient.
The decor seemed a bit rushed, and some paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, it was not very professional.

The staff was helpful, and the spa provided a relaxing experience. The location is also ideal, close to the waterfront but set apart from the busier areas. i found the team accommodating and engaging. The bed in the room was cozy, warm, and comfortable, so i got a great rest. the breakfast offered diverse options to choose from, a plus.
i thought the room needed a bit more attention to detail in terms of maintenance.

The beautiful double room i stayed in offered adequate space with a comfortable bed. It also had amenities such as a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a tv with streaming services, so i could relax.
