the room was clean with all necessary toiletries available! the location was ideal with proximity to the central station. the staff provided friendly service, and the bed offered good comfort. breakfast was very good with several choices.

The walls were very thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The staff was always helpful and polite, and responded quickly to requests. i noticed christian was especially diligent during breakfast. the reception area provides quick assistance with inquiries. I appreciated this level of service.

The breakfast was fine though the dining area felt cramped. i noticed the hot water took a very long time to reach my room on the upper floor. It was quite irritating when i just wanted a quick shower. also, the minibar had only a few water bottles and staff repeatedly asked if i consumed them.

the location was convenient, near the central station. i liked that the hotel provided a coffee and tea station in the room. the check-in process was also fast, which i found helpful. i found the staff friendly .

the restroom light was blinking . they charged for the water bottles in the fridge. i think this should be complimentary or at least clearly stated.

the location its very convenient. the train station is so close, i could walk there easy. the room was modern, i liked that. the bathroom had a walk in shower too.

the wifi was terrible. it was slow and i had constant disconnections. this was annoying because i needed to work. the ac didn't work well, and i could smell sewer from the toilet area.
