hot air conditioningbathroom smell

i found a few issues . the air conditioning was set to a warm temperature, and it could not be adjusted lower. this was consistent throughout the hotel, including the hallways. the rooms felt unclean, the furniture was old, the beds lacked comfort, and i even spotted a spider in the bathroom. a sewage smell emanated from the bathroom.
