inconsistent maintenance and service
toilet malfunctionunhelpful staff
i found a few issues . the toilet malfunctioned overnight and staff did not offer a solution or apology. instead several housekeeping members knocked on my door at various times. this occurred regardless of whether i was dressed or in bed. there was no word of apology for the disturbance at this price point.

Excellent stay in the heart of it all
friendly staffcomplimentary muffinstired room
The staff was always friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary muffins, bottled water, and apples available in the lobby (a nice touch!). I also appreciated the free non-alcoholic beverages in the minibar. The welcome drink in the evening was a real treat.
The room, while clean, felt a bit tired. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. it felt a little expensive for what i received, but maybe that's just typical of the city.

The hotel is steps away from the Duomo. I found it very easy to access shopping streets. A mini supermarket nearby (very convenient for snacks and drinks) was very useful.

I found that the decor seemed dated I noticed the furniture looked quite worn The bathroom tiles looked straight out of the 80s I also thought the room was quite small It definitely needed more space to move around comfortably

the bathroom was notably small, it was hard to move without bumping into something. the shower had inconsistent water pressure. i found the breakfast selection limited, with few fresh options. i expected more for the price i paid. I waited several minutes each time i needed one.
