Fantastic Hotel in the Heart of Everything

full kitchenlaundry machineriver view
The location was great. A full kitchen and laundry machine in the room added a lot of convenience (it reminded me of home!). I even got a tattoo at the Ink Factory downstairs. How cool is that? The view of the river from my room was lovely too.
Dining
9/10
I noticed several restaurants and pubs very close to the hotel entrance. They offer various cuisines and atmospheres, perfect for any traveler. You can find something for every palate close by (even late at night!).
Service
10/10
The reception staff was very friendly. They were cute when I arrived and couldn't do enough to help me. I was able to store my bags before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel has a bar with live music. The bar offers a variety of drinks and snacks. The elevator was efficient, allowing quick access to upper floors.
Rooms
9/10
My room had darkening shades on all windows. This was great because the windows overlooked the river. I found the room clean and modern when I arrived.
Location
10/10
The hotel's location inside the Temple Bar district is perfect. It offers easy access to attractions. Everything is within walking distance (bring comfy shoes!).

Really good stay

friendly staffsmart tvunprofessional receptionist
The staff were wonderfully friendly. The room was tidy, and the enormous smart TV on the wall was a nice surprise, providing ample entertainment during downtime.
The receptionist lacked warmth and clarity. She seemed unwilling to answer questions fully, especially concerning the deposit refund process, unprofessional. I found this unsettling, especially given the otherwise flawless hotel experience.
Rooms
9/10
The room was super clean, but the floor needed a wet mopping. The smart TV was huge, offering various entertainment options, and the bed was really comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel is conveniently soundproofed, given its location in the lively Temple Bar area.
Service
9/10
The breakfast was á la carte and excellent. The staff was cute and very friendly, offering assistance, though the check-in process felt impersonal. I appreciated the prompt attention.
Location
10/10
The location was FANTASTIC! It was central and easily walkable to various attractions, and I found it really convenient. Being close to Temple Bar meant easy access to nightlife, though the room was well-insulated from street noise.

easy transportationlive musicgreat locationrunning waterbroken showertoilet flush
The location is very close to main attractions. It is about two blocks from Temple Bar pub. The hotel restaurant has live music. The airport shuttle stops half a block away. This made transportation easy.
There was no running water . Therefore, the toilet would not flush. There was no shower either. I was not offered a discount because of this problem. I found this disappointing.

convenient locationnatural ventilationnoisy bar
The location was very convenient, right next to pubs and transport. All of the staff were nice. (I found this to be a big plus.)
The room lacked natural ventilation, which I found disappointing. The bed was pushed against the wall, and I had to slide up from the foot of it to get in. A single lift served the entire place and there was a noisy bar downstairs.
