The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local attractions. My room had a large window that let in ample natural light. The room included a modern shower and complimentary toiletries.
The hallway carpets showed some wear.

The bar offered live music most hours of the day. It had multiple floors. A terrace also had a bar, we loved the terrace. It was really nice. We found it worth a visit.

The bar downstairs was amazing. It was just a few steps to tons of amazing pubs. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. It had a high standard.

The room had a spacious layout. I was offered a fan and that really helped keep the air moving. The breakfast was good with various choices.
The bar downstairs was unfriendly . I tried enter the bar one night but the bouncer said that the bar was closed.

The soundproofing could have been a bit better. I could hear some noise from the street.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. My room was clean and also spacious. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was so convenient.
The music from the bar below WAS loud, and it continued until late at night. It made it difficult to fall asleep before 2 AM. That was frustrating. I hope they improve the soundproofing soon.

My room was well kept and clean with modern décor. The bed was REALLY comfortable, and fresh towels were supplied daily. Everything I needed was there. The room was exactly as described.

The reception staff were always friendly and ready to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in was efficient and quick, AND the staff offered useful information about the surrounding area. I felt very welcomed!
