the hotel was near the n. e. c, very convenient for the crufts event. staff were really friendly and accommodating. breakfast was quite delicious, a great start to the day.

The wifi was unreliable. It kept dropping out, difficult to stay connected for work.

The location has a very short walk to the train station. This station runs directly to the city center. It also provides service to the international airport and NEC. The staff members were friendly and quite helpful .

The room had thick dust on the shelves. I also observed cobwebs on the ceiling and walls. I noticed the shower looked very unclean so I washed myself down.

janet's really good service, she greeted me warmly and went the extra mile. the on-site parking was secure and free, so i didn't have to worry about my car. i found tea and coffee in the room too, a very nice touch after a hectic day. the staff helped me with everything i needed.

i noticed some instability with the wifi around 8pm, it caused a bit of frustration when trying to browse.

A great selection of beers are available, it is perfect for sampling local brews. The pub area had a warm and lively atmosphere and seemed quite popular. It was easy to grab a quick bite.

The room was clean and tidy and it had everything i needed. It seemed recently refurbished and very ample. the comfy bed ensured i had a restful night. Everything was in good working order.

the train station was a short walk i enjoyed the convenience. the staff was kind and helpful providing a warm welcome. i appreciated the availability of nearby takeaways and shops making it easy to grab essentials.

the room felt a bit small almost like a box and the walls were thin which let in noise from other guests making it hard to sleep well
