The hotel was wonderfully close to Birmingham Airport. It was convenient. Parking cost £6 per day, a reasonable price for leaving my car during my trip. The staff displayed politeness and helpfulness, I appreciated it.
the stairs to the upper floors WERE very steep. There is no lift.

The receptionist offered assistance with my luggage upon arrival, which I thought was so kind. I liked the on-site parking, and I was able to find a space easily. The hotel provided brew facilities in the room, a very nice touch!
The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The location was close to where I needed to be. Staff were helpful in directing me to local amenities. The room had two complimentary bottles of water. The taxi service I booked through reception was very efficient. It was just a button press away.
The room was small. The bathroom had no window. Its sliding door was also close to the bed. The sign said restaurant. Though it was under refurbishment and I saw no work.

staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for the nec.
The room i booked, a standard twin room, was much smaller than expected. the shower had very little water pressure, it was really difficult to wash properly. also, breakfast wasn't great. The options were limited.
