the staff was cute. the hotel is close to the train and bus stations. i found several shops and the town centre nearby. it made getting around easy. the room was very clean. it had fresh bed linens.
the parking space reservation required a phone call, a bit inconvenient.

the breakfast included a buffet with many choices. i saw a classic english breakfast with eggs, bacon, beans, and mushrooms available. there were also options like cereals, jams, and fresh fruits. coffee and tea selections were very good, and everything tasted fine.

the hotel has a great location near the central station. it offers access to the central mall, and there were plenty of places to eat close by! this made it simple to find meals, and explore the area.

the reception staff was very helpful. they provided a complimentary early check-in. additional facilities were also available in the room. the staff was present 24/7 (a great example of amazing staff).
the room was quite small compared to my last visit. i had upgraded to a beautiful room but it felt smaller than the room on a previous stay. a cleaner was also quite rude.
