the location proved convenient. i found the room to be a good size. the staff presented themselves as helpful and polite.
the bed felt too firm for my preference. i noticed music vibrations from a party occurring below. gaining access to the car park opposite necessitated payment until a space opened nearby. i found this inconvenient.

Wonderful City Hotel Experience

I stayed one night for a family event and wished I could have stayed longer. The hotel is very close to the city center! My room was beautiful and comfortable, it overlooked Regent Square Gardens. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room was good.
The website showed rooms differently than what I experienced. I found a bin bag with toilet rolls blocking the entrance to the landing door. The meal deal was unavailable due to a race day. Loud music from a nearby event impacted my relaxation during cancer treatment

The hotel's location is ideal, with a short walk to the city center. It's very convenient. I enjoyed the peaceful view of Regent Square Gardens from my room. The surroundings contributed to a relaxing stay.

surprisingly nice stay

The check-in process goes smooth. i spoke with staff. They was friendly at all times. the room it had a view toward regent square. the car park it gets busy, i recommend arriving early to secure parking.
the bath had stains, and towels looked a little worn. it seemed like the bathroom could use a bit of work to bring it up to the room's standard.
