spacious room friendly staff helpful porter
the room was spacious, clean, and airy. i thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and the staff were friendly and polite. he wished us a happy trip.
the hotel lacked a mini fridge, slightly inconvenient.

wonderful short stay
friendly staff convenient location effective air conditioning reasonable price
i found the staff very friendly. i especially appreciated the convenient location near shopping and the castle. the air conditioning in my room was effective. i also found the food to be good and reasonably priced at the hotel restaurant.
the parking situation could be improved as spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis only, but it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel bar offers a wide selection of food and drinks at affordable prices. i noticed the breakfast service was prompt, with a hot buffet available until 10 am on weekdays and 11 am on weekends.

My room included a comfortable king-size bed and blackout curtains. the bathroom was well kept and equipped with complimentary toiletries, and the room was also cleaned daily. I was very happy with this.

noisy room difficult sleep
The location was close to the airport. It was convenient for my early flight.
the room was noisy! i could hear everything happening in the hallway and even outside. it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep before my flight.

clean room big bed spacious shower small portion poor burger earned money
the room was clean and cleaned daily. little coffees and cookies were refilled in the room daily. the bed was big, and the shower was spacious and worked well.
the food portions were very small. i was fleeced of my hard earned money for a poor tasting small burger. it had no bearing of an american burger!!!

Good Stay Near the Airport
perfect ac great location excellent staff
My room was amazing and had perfect AC. The location was great. I got into the city and back very easily because the bus stop is right across the street. Staff were excellent and they were really nice too be helpful. I found the breakfast good for its price.
I found the pillows a little flat.

The rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. Large en-suite bathrooms featured waterfall showers. The building had facilities designed to provide a relaxing and convenient stay.

great location attached restaurant
The location I found to be great, the shopping center is across the road. I enjoyed eat and drink in the restaurant because its convenient. I liked the updated rooms and the bar and restaurant attached.
The pillows were a little flat.
