The Mayson offers 94 rooms and suites. Each room includes a Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, a Marshall Amp, and a SMEG refrigerator. Bathrooms feature rainfall power showers and Irish toiletries. Room options include Warehouse Cosy Rooms (12 sq m, located on the third, fourth, and fifth floors with steel beam framework and glass facades), Warehouse Super Rooms (located on the first and second floors with exposed brick and large windows), Townhouse Super Rooms, Townhouse Suites, Warehouse Suites, and the Warehouse Penthouse Suite.

Dining and Bar

The Mayson features three dining venues. Ryleigh's Rooftop Steakhouse (6th floor) serves lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner with views of Dublin Bay, the Dublin Mountains, Dun Laoghaire, and Poolbeg Pier; the cuisine includes old-world flavors and international cuisines with fresh seasonal products. Elephant & Castle (ground floor) serves all-day comfort food, including wings and cocktails. The Bottle Boy is a pub with snugs, an open fire, and a courtyard. DIME Coffee Bar (ground floor) serves custom blend coffee.
