marshall speaker great sound comfortable bed parking distance extra fee broken vending

The Marshall speaker in the room had great sound quality. I thought the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included breads that were a change from the usual. The bar and restaurant provided a calm, relaxed area for conversation.

The listing stated the hotel has parking onsite. I found this to be false. The nearest parking was a 6-minute walk to a mall. It cost me an extra €28 to park. Hot water and vending machine services were out of order on my floor too.

the team was helpful when i had an issue downtown. they were supportive. the hotel is near the city center at the end of a main street. i liked the room size.

I didn't like that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room! you must go to communal rooms to get a cup. i was in the north wing and walked about 10 minutes. the hot water tap didn't work every time either. I had to try multiple times.

the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the bar staff.

the room lacked basic amenities. there were no tea facilities inside the room. i had to go down the corridor to get a simple cup of tea, this was quite annoying, especially in the morning.

straightforward process cozy ambiance

i found the check-in process very straightforward it saved me time after a long journey the decor throughout the hotel felt unique especially the lobby area it had a cozy ambiance. the staff were approachable and provided useful information about the area.

bluetooth speaker amazing cocktails friendly staff

The room included a bluetooth speaker. I was offered a complimentary drink for foregoing daily cleaning. The cocktails were amazing. The staff was friendly.

The shower leaked slightly, flooding the toilet space.
