The Marshall speaker in the room had great sound quality. I thought the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included breads that were a change from the usual. The bar and restaurant provided a calm, relaxed area for conversation.

The listing stated the hotel has parking onsite. I found this to be false. The nearest parking was a 6-minute walk to a mall. It cost me an extra €28 to park. Hot water and vending machine services were out of order on my floor too.

The location was good for access to many sites. Rooms were clean and modern in appearance. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.

The room lacked soundproofing. Truck noise woke me. Plumbing was loud because of other rooms flushing. I experienced a double queue for self check-in. The process was slow.

the team was helpful when i had an issue downtown. they were supportive. the hotel is near the city center at the end of a main street. i liked the room size.

I didn't like that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room! you must go to communal rooms to get a cup. i was in the north wing and walked about 10 minutes. the hot water tap didn't work every time either. I had to try multiple times.
