There is no onsite restaurant for lunch or dinner, but a jazz bar called Coi Saigon is across the street (reservation required), and many local eateries are nearby, including Michelin-rated restaurants.

The hotel does not have a gym, pool, or spa. However, it can arrange bike tours, walking tours, and tours or classes about local culture through its tour desk. Guests often explore nearby attractions on foot, such as Ben Thanh Street Food Market (100 m), Takashimaya Vietnam (500 m), Vincom Shopping Center, and the War Remnants Museum. The area is full of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores like Circle K. Note that the streets are noisy with loud music until late at night, especially on weekends.

The hotel is in District 1, the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, 100 metres from Ben Thanh Street Food Market, 500 metres from Takashimaya Vietnam, and 400 metres from Ho Chi Minh City Museum. It is within walking distance of Vincom Shopping Center, Ben Thanh Market, Nguyen Hue Plaza, and many tourist attractions. Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 7 km away. You can take a Grab or a bus from the airport. However, during events like national parades, some roads may be closed. The hotel is near bus stops and the city center. Parking is available but limited.
