the receptionist was friendly and helpful. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. i found a first class full uk breakfast available.

The location is quite close to the heliport, very useful. The room was clean, and the staff members were always friendly . The restaurant provided good value, especially with its varied options.
The gym was very small and did not have any free weights.

efficient staff delicious pizza parking situation long-term carpark
The front staff were efficient. The showers had great pressure and hot water. the beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and the bar staff good. Pizza was delicious!
The parking was a major downside. The hotel needs to decide if it is a hotel or a long-term car park! We could not access the hotel's car park as it was always full. It significantly affected our experience.

adequate, but some issues
loose wiring unpleasant bedsheets
the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room's radiator had loose wiring, so it didn't work. This was a hazard. the bedsheets was like sandpaper, not pleasant. the shower cubicle door didn't close properly, therefore, the floor got wet.

handy bus stop helpful staff clear communication
the bus stop outside was handy for getting around without a car. the staff helped arrange a taxi for a concert at the pandj live venue. i had a wonderful experience.

the free transport to the airport was convenient. my room was super clean and cozy (i appreciated the extra pillows).
breakfast had less variety than i expected. the croissants were quite hard, unfortunately. there were no pastries available, a bit disappointing.

freezing room hard bed
the breakfast was excellent.
The room was freezing upon arrival. I had to sleep with thermals on. the heater ran for hours but the room never warmed up. the bed was also hard.
