The front staff were efficient. The showers had great pressure and hot water. the beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean and the bar staff good. Pizza was delicious!
The parking was a major downside. The hotel needs to decide if it is a hotel or a long-term car park! We could not access the hotel's car park as it was always full. It significantly affected our experience.

The room's radiator had loose wiring, so it didn't work. This was a hazard. the bedsheets seemed like sandpaper, not pleasant. the shower cubicle door didn't close properly, therefore, the floor got wet.

The room was freezing upon arrival. I had to sleep with thermals on. the heater ran for hours but the room never warmed up. the bed was also hard.
