The hotel had a super bright and clean feel. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with many options. The room size was really good and the bed was comfy too!

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
terrible pressure scratchy linens
The staff were friendly and efficient .
The shower had terrible water pressure making it difficult to wash. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens felt scratchy against my skin. A device on the wall emitted a bright green light all night, disrupting my sleep.

Acceptable stay, but some issues encountered
shower delay stained floor
The breakfast met my basic expectations.
The shower required a considerable amount of time to warm up. This was inconvenient. I noticed what was to be deep red stains on the hotel room floor. The bedsheets felt too stiff, and the duvets were excessively thin.

the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast experience proved quite disappointing. Food was not promptly replenished despite the large number of guests. Bread slices were unavailable and croissants had run out. staff did not replace them quickly enough.

spacious layout ample parking hot items
the room had a spacious layout, it was a superior king room. ample parking spaces were available near the hotel entrance. the breakfast buffet included a good selection of hot and cold items.
the bathroom lacked a towel rack near the shower.

excellent stay
ample parking spacious room comfortable beds
the hotel is conveniently located just off the bypass with ample parking. buses to the city center are readily available right outside the door. our "superior king room" was notably spacious and impeccably clean. i found the beds particularly comfortable.
i noticed the lift showed signs of wear, with fingerprints and light fittings appearing somewhat loose, this detracted slightly from the otherwise polished appearance of the hotel.

the staff were consistently pleasant and efficient! they promptly addressed all my requests. check-in was smooth, and staff provided helpful information about local transportation options. i felt well-cared for throughout my stay.
