Acceptable Stay
staff assistance themed packet unique location limited light missing window enclosed space
The staff were very nice and were very good too assist. They even prepared themed welcome packets because our stay coincided with a concert (so thoughtful). The hotel's location in a soccer stadium offered a unique experience.
The Roseburn room I booked lacked natural light or a window. The room was like an enclosed box.

massive bed super clean bathroom
The bed was MASSIVE. We couldn't touch each other while being in it. the bathroom was super clean and the shower, AMAZING. breakfast was lovely with different options, cooked to perfection.
All this felt let down by silly closeness to another room, divided by a locked connection door. It felt uncomfortable to hear the people next door as if they were in our room, and it wasn't restful

fantastic stay
attentive staff high-end furniture large screen
The staff was very attentive from the start. sonny in the restaurant was very polite, ensuring every meal was perfect. i especially enjoyed the high-end furniture within my room. The large screen showing the pitch live was a nice touch.
i noticed some milk residue on a spoon and cup upon arrival. the experience was slightly disappointing.

The hotel features modern amenities throughout. there is convenient access to bus routes for reaching the city centre. I noticed bus stops were very close. i saw a small shop nearby.

my room had good lighting and felt very spacious. i found the bed super comfy. mb body wash and lotion were available, alongside snacks and a hot beverage bar in the room.

The restaurant provided a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious. i observed that the fish and chips were particularly popular. a lamb burger was available, offering another tasty option. Prices were reasonable.

friendly staff high standard excellent meal
the room had everything to hand.. the receptionist was helpful. the evening meal was excellent and the room was a very high standard.
i found drying milk on the spoon and cup which i found gross.
