The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower facilities were excellent. The hotel's location provided easy access to transportation. I found the staff attentive and friendly.

I noticed the miniscule wardrobe space. It barely accommodated six hangers.

The location it is great! It is off the busy streets but still easy walk to everything. The hotel it also has a luxury feel. I love that my sister and I is vegan, and the restaurant manager, Guarav, made sure we had something for breakfast every day! He made veggie sausages just for us and he pointed out vegan options at the breakfast bar.

The front counter staffs were apathetic, I do not know if they understood me. I returned with my family to check in, I looked at the same person behind the counter that I talked to before, she ignored me.

I faced an issue with a £30 deposit refund. I waited several days before contacting the hotel. The manager was condescending. He claimed the refund was processed promptly, yet it only was in my account after I emailed proof from my bank. I found the customer service shocking given the £343 price for one night.

Decent Stay with Some Issues

I found the room to be smaller than expected. Housekeeping did not clean the room well for three days (this is a notable issue). The breakfast organization needs improvement. The process was slow, especially with tours starting early.
