The location was acceptable, near the train station.
I found the room quite untidy and not in good condition. The broken roller blinds made it impossible to fully open the windows. There was a lot of dust in the corners near the bed. Apparently, it never got vacuumed. A previous guest's hand cream was lying there. the toilet plunger was covered in feces. I found this unacceptable.

Really good Apartment Living Experience

The apartment included a fully equipped kitchen. It had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and induction hob. I found plenty of utensils, cookware, and tableware. The washing machine and dryer were very useful (especially since I was on a long trip). The smart tv had access to netflix, a great option for evening entertainment.
I noticed a very slight delay in response to an email I sent prior to arrival, but this was quickly resolved upon check-in.

The room featured a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and hob, great for simple meal preparation. Guests can also request additional kitchenware items from reception as needed.

i found the location really convenient. it was easy to walk to many places. the decor was modern. the facilities included tea, coffee, and milk, useful. the staff were helpful.
The room was a bit smaller than i expected. There was only one chair.

the room was spacious. it was a family room, that helped. the location was good, close to many things. the staff was friendly, i could ask them anything.
the room needed a better clean. there was hairs in the bathroom, i saw them. there was also dust. i found the bed to be hard, it hurt my back. there was no daily cleaning offered, i expected that.
