Apartments feature one or two bedrooms, Virgin cable television with Tivo, high-speed fibre-optic internet, and underfloor heating in bathrooms and kitchens. Bathrooms include rainfall showers and free-standing baths. Each apartment provides a Nespresso machine, GHD hair straighteners, and a stocked mini bar. Ground and first-floor apartments also provide a study area. Some two-bedroom apartments have a private garden. Castle View rooms include a super-king bed.

The Rutland Hotel includes The Huxley, Kyloe Restaurant & Grill, and Heads and Tales gin emporium. The Huxley opens at 8:00 AM, serving Scottish cuisine. The corridor had a strong smell from air fresheners. It seemed like this masked deeper issues. The glass casing was smeared and dirty. The room layout was awkward, the door opened barely a metre from the bed.

the hotel suite had great decor. i liked the super friendly staff, i felt they were always available. the room overlooked the castle, it was a super view. i appreciated its central location. this made walking to places easy.
the room had coffee cups that were small. i prefer bigger cups.
