Really good Service and Convenient Location

The location was fantastic, very central. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast each day offered really good choices, extensive. My room was spacious and consistently well maintained throughout my stay (a real treat!).
The gym treadmill perhaps needed a little service.

The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). Antonio served with cheer and provided many good choices. I also enjoyed happy hour. The Bellini cocktail was especially good.

My room was large and clean, complete with great pillows. The room was well kept. I slept well each night. Fresh towels arrived daily, which i definitely appreciated.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, perfect for exploring. The hotel is near the airport and train station. Many eateries are very close.

The hotel staff was amazingly helpful. Roberta at reception offered amazing service and excellent advice. Marco, Antonio, and Giacomo were very friendly.

The hotel's proximity to the metro station made day trips very easy. I appreciated that the metro stop was only one stop away from the train station. The breakfast buffet had varied options including some local specialties. The staff promptly answered questions via WhatsApp. This was useful.
The surrounding area felt a little unsafe at night. I needed to be more cautious when walking during the evening.

The breakfast service offered a wide array of choices and fresh ingredients. I noted that the breakfast area was well kept and staffed. The service included both hot and cold selections and local options.

My room included a comfortable bed and clean linens. The room had sufficient space for luggage and movement. A work desk and chair were available for convenience and provided adequate workspace.

The hotel featured a gym with some exercise equipment. I saw a treadmill and stationary bike available. The reception area was clean and well-organized with helpful staff present at all times.
