helpful staff secure environment varied breakfast
the staff was helpful at all hours the hotel maintained a secure environment. my room faced the back this ensured quiet nights. i found the breakfast buffet offered a good variety and included fresh coffee.
i noticed some ants in my room this was a minor issue during my otherwise positive stay. addressing pest control could enhance the guest experience.

the breakfast buffet featured various options including cheeses cold cuts yogurt and fresh fruit it also offered pastries such as croissants and a selection of jams and honey. coffee and tea were readily available.

the hotel provided complimentary umbrellas for guest use this was very useful during unexpected rain. an elevator was available for easy access to all floors of the hotel. i noted comfortable seating areas in the lobby.

my split-level room included air conditioning ensuring a comfortable temperature. tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. i had a mini fridge too this allowed me to store drinks and snacks.

great bed ample breakfast
staff was exceedingly patient. breakfast was ample and dining area was enjoyable. slept well on a great bed.
the wi-fi connection gave me big issues from the moment I checked in.

helpful staff nice selection public transport
The staff were helpful. They even assisted with carrying luggage. i also appreciated the breakfast that had a nice selection (i especially liked the coffee). the hotel's proximity to public transport and the city center made exploring easy.
I encountered some minor issues with the air conditioning unit in the lower part of the room. It was not very effective.

the breakfast included items such as ham, salami and mortadella, mozzarella and cheese, also tomatoes, butter and jam were available, with pastries and good coffee offered.

The hotel is close to the central station, metro station and bus stops. The city center is accessible by foot too (about 25 minutes).

The rooms are spacious and clean, also equipped with toiletries. Coffee, tea and a minibar are included. the split level design is unique and adds a nice touch.

The reception staff is available 24 hours a day and is helpful with requests. Luggage storage is provided after checkout and support in various situations is present.

a decent stay
outside space hot water breakfast variety dirty street
i found the outside space a nice place to relax after sightseeing. hot water was also reliable (i always appreciate a good shower).
the breakfast variety felt limited. i also noticed the street was dirty (this was a bit disappointing).
