Excellent Value and Location

convenient location daily cleaning friendly staff

The location is great, close to public transport and many restaurants. The room was very clean, and daily cleaning was provided (this really made a difference). I appreciated the friendly staff. They were helpful with directions. Breakfast offered enough variety for different diets, a real plus.

The internal noise from other rooms was noticeable at times.

a very good experience!

breakfast options friendly staff great location

the breakfast had enough options for me. the staff are friendly and solved every doubt i had. it is not far from the metro and bus stops. the location is really great, i could get to any place i wanted.

the room was a bit small for three people. it was still comfortable. we spent the whole day visiting the museums of the city. the triple room could benefit from more space.

wonderful stay with excellent service

tram access food variety quick service

the location is quite central with direct tram access. it is about 40-50 minutes walk to the duomo, i found this convenient. breakfast offered a good variety of food options. the staff were cute and provided quick service when i requested assistance.

i found it relatively challenging to reach the airport from the hotel.
