the breakfast choices were great, and efficient housekeeping services happened daily in the morning! its location is essentially directly opposite the subway station, it takes you to the center in only a few minutes. i loved how easy it was to get around and how clean everything was!
i noticed there were no plugs near the bed, a little inconvenient.

the hotel is steps from metro m5, a line that takes you to the duomo in about 30 minutes! i appreciated the convenience it offered for exploring the city without needing a car.

The staff was friendly and professional. Their helpful attitude made everything easier! i received excellent service during both check-in and check-out. The process was quick, and any questions were readily answered.

The hotel provides parking inside the hotel, secured by an automatic gate and watched over 24/7! this gave me peace of mind, knowing my vehicle was safe throughout my stay. It was a great addition.

The breakfast had a GOOD variety. it included options that suited my dietary needs. the staff provided directions. They were quite helpful in suggesting local spots.
The gym access required a separate key. This was quite inconvenient. the underground parking had a bump at the entry. It could damage an average sedan. it was a bit DISAPPOINTING.

I found the metro station being directly across the street convenient. The rooms were well kept and cleaned daily, which I appreciated. Breakfast provided a good variety of options. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!!!
The gym required a separate key I did not obtain due to check-out congestion.
