The staff was very friendly and professional. The check-in process was efficient. I found the room to be well-kept, with all the essentials I needed. The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transportation. This made exploring the area very simple.

The soundproofing wasn't perfect, so I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. Nothing too serious!!!

The staff was helpful giving advice and ordering taxis. The room was made up every day and fresh towels were provided. A great trattoria served local food nearby. The hotel was very clean.

The pillows were quite thin, but I got an extra one when I asked. It was not a big problem for me.
