i found the location to be perfect for exploring. it was a short walk to the duomo (about ten minutes). the staff were kind, especially norah. i found a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival (a tender start, indeed).

i thought the breakfast lacked some expected variety.

This hotel really dropped the ball for me. the rooftop pool was a joke. It was tiny and had almost no lounge chairs available. it was like a constant fight for a place to sit and relax! plus, the supposed rooftop bar was a complete letdown. it was unmanned, and i had to order drinks through some qr code, then wait forever for someone to bring it. what's the point of a rooftop bar if there's no actual bartender or service???!

The Santa Sofia subway station is very close to the hotel. I found it very accessible. The hotel maintained the rooms very well. They were clean. Ms. Shiama, the Guest Experience Manager, helped me a lot by sharing places of interest.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. I saw that it was very chaotic. The staff was constantly out of glasses. The fresh orange juice tasted watered out. The buffet had very limited selections
