i found the location convenient, especially with the central station being so close. dropping off my bags and heading out was quick and easy. the staff was lovely, and the cleanliness was excellent.
i noticed the room was a bit small with limited space.

Breakfast includes a varied selection. Many choices were available to me. the coffee was good too. They prepared caffe latte, cappuccino, and espresso to order. i felt the service was prompt.

The staff offered prompt and effective assistance. I received detailed responses to my questions. they were genuinely kind. receptionists were ready to assist at any hour.

My room was very clean and quiet. I slept well. the tv provided access to many channels. I could watch programs from my home country!!! the bathroom was modern. The shower was great.

My room was a SUPERIOR double room. The bed provided GREAT comfort, it really did. I found a safe inside. I liked that the room temperature was individually controlled.
The lighting was not GREAT when I wanted to get ready to go out.

tinted windowsdirty fridge
i was pretty frustrated with the lighting. the room was so dark because of those tinted windows, ugh. it made it hard to see anything. also, i discovered the fridge was dirty, it even had old drink residue from whoever stayed there before me. seriously, a little cleaning effort would go a long way!

The hotel location is convenient to the main train station. It made travel around the area simple. The staff was helpful and kind . The room itself had a well thought out design with open storage.
The room was dark. Even with curtains open, it seemed like it was still dark outside. The noise from hotel workers transporting items early in the morning was disruptive. I heard the noise at 5 am.
