Can I leave my luggage with you after I check out, and what are the standard check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 2 p.m. If you arrive early and your room is ready, check-in can occur immediately. Otherwise, luggage can be stored until check-in. Check-out is by 12 p.m., and luggage storage is available again after checkout.
Is it possible to check in at 1 a.m. upon arrival at Milano Centrale, and will there be any extra charge?
