Is it possible to check in early if we arrive before 2:30 PM? Can we store our luggage in that case?

If the room is ready prior to 2:30 PM, early check-in can be accommodated. If not, a temporary PIN will be provided to access the guest house and store luggage until the room is available. Staff is available from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Can I enter the guest house if I am arriving late, around midnight?

Arriving between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM is perfectly fine. A PIN for access will be provided the day before your arrival.
