small room refused air conditioning
the location was acceptable.
The triple room was quite small. There was barely space for three suitcases. the staff stated that the air conditioning was turned off due to "cold weather", however the weather was not cold at all. they refused to turn on the air even just for our room.

the room was modern and clean. i appreciated the helpful staff at the reception desk. extra pillows and towels arrived promptly after i requested them. i also found the hotel's proximity to public transport very convenient.
the hotel is not close to the duomo. the metro requires a short walk.

cute staff quick check-in clean room convenient proximity
the staff were very cute upon arrival, and check-in was quick. my room was modern, clean, and quiet which suited my needs perfectly. the hotel's proximity to the metro and the central station made getting around very simple. i enjoyed the fresh pastries from a local patisserie nearby.

A superb italian breakfast is available. The coffee was of excellent quality. Plenty of good restaurants are in the area too, i found that very helpful when i wanted to eat out.

The hotel features an excellent location close to the metro station. Porta garibaldi is also nearby. A short walk takes you to the downtown area. Shops and a metro station are easily accessible.

The room provides a modern and well-presented space. It offers quiet and clean surroundings. The double room was very comfortable. The room included balloons, chocolates, roses, and bubbles on arrival.
