The staff greeted me warmly. The provided breakfast was quite abundant. The location proved convenient with several restaurants and cafes nearby. The air conditioning in my room maintained a comfortably cool environment despite high outdoor temperatures I found the metro accessible for traveling to attractions.
The bathroom was rather small. The shower's design caused water to spread easily. This created a minor inconvenience after each use. I hope the hotel improves it soon.

The location was convenient to the train station.
My room was small. The air conditioning did not work properly causing the room to be uncomfortably warm during the whole stay. Staff said it was intentional so that was not helpful at all.

The breakfast offered good variety, including pancakes and croissants. The staff was friendly. They cleaned the room daily! The air conditioner worked well, important. The hotel is very close to a tram stop. It was easy to get to the city center using it.
I found the corridors needed better cleaning.
