a stay with some hiccups

I stayed in this supposedly great spot, but my experience was kinda meh. my room was freezing. I mean, seriously cold. i complained, and they gave me a plug-in heater, but the bathroom was still like an icebox. also, breakfast was continental only. who goes to wherever and doesn't want a full breakfast?

i found the tv to be big. the shower was also great with nice water pressure. the location suited my plans well since it was near everything i wanted to see. i appreciated the coffee machine in the room

The room i got faced the street. there was noise all night from people outside! the windows did little to block it. breakfast was not great either. It had very few hot options. i expected more from a hotel of this level.
