staff were very friendly and helpful, they were really nice. the communal area had a bar and a pool table. my room had a big bay window with very good light, and a street view.

the room was very small and the shower was hard to work. the bathroom were tiny. there was limited facilities and not readily available. there werent enough tea and coffee and i couldnt see where to get anymore from.

The staffs was amazing and very helpfull. They did get me an iron quickly. Location is also convenient because it is close to many attractions.

My room had a bad paint job. The ceiling tiles was broken and cracked. The window did not close properly too.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and a helpful attitude . The location proved advantageous due to its proximity to key attractions. I also found the provided amenities to be well kept and readily accessible throughout the premises.

The kettle in my family room was precariously positioned. It presented a considerable safety hazard, especially given the presence of children.
