Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

The bar offered pool and darts. Staff members displayed great banter. The location was ideal. Everything was a short distance away including the football ground that was under ten minutes from the hotel. The hotel was close to the train station and right on the seafront.

I found that the room lacked sufficient storage space for clothes. This. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Really good Refurbished Suite

king-size beds double sofa spacious shower

our suite was excellent it featured twin king-size beds and a double sofa bed also a full-size refrigerator was stocked with ample tea and coffee the shower was spacious easily accommodating two people and there were two separate toilets i found these amenities quite convenient.

the balcony was somewhat dated with visible signs of wear and tear

the hotel has a nice bar area i observed reasonable prices for drinks and a relaxing atmosphere for evening enjoyment i did not dine in the hotel but the bar was a good experience.

i appreciated the keyless entry system which uses door codes this feature removed concerns about losing keys also the hotel offers separate entrances for apartments providing increased privacy .

unsafe balcony water stains

a member of staff was really nasty to me. my room had a balcony, but the door didn't lock, it felt unsafe with children. the carpets also were not fitted well. i saw water stains in the bathroom, , made me worry.

king-size beds double sofa full-size fridge coat rail broken banister temperamental doors

the room was fully refurbished. it included twin king-size beds and a double sofa bed. there was also a full-size fridge. the tea and coffee were plentiful.

the hotel needs a lot of repair work. i noticed a coat rail hanging off the wall. the banister was broken in places and the patio doors were temperamental.
