unsafe balconywater stains

a member of staff was really nasty to me. my room had a balcony, but the door didn't lock, it felt unsafe with children. the carpets also were not fitted well. i saw water stains in the bathroom, , made me worry.

the room was fully refurbished. it included twin king-size beds and a double sofa bed. there was also a full-size fridge. the tea and coffee were plentiful.

the hotel needs a lot of repair work. i noticed a coat rail hanging off the wall. the banister was broken in places and the patio doors were temperamental.
