Comfortable Stay Near Winter Gardens
central location friendly staff parking information reasonable breakfast
The hotel location is a short walk to the Winter Gardens. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. I was given information about parking, (a helpful plus). The breakfast at £5 per person offered good service.
The shower was a little temperamental.

Our room included a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and allowed a good night's sleep. The space was adequate for a comfortable stay (we had a pleasant time).

friendly staff high standard
the breakfast was delicious and hot, a great start to the day. all the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the room was cleaned to a high standard, very very super clean. there was complimentary water also, it was very nice.
the sink was little, it was difficult to wash my face.

busy street unresponsive staff
The early check-in process was a complete failure. Although payment was processed, I received no door code or instructions. The hotel is located on a VERY busy street. Parking nearby was virtually impossible. The self check-in system did not work without a code. I left voicemails, but received no response at all.

The location proved really convenient. It was an easy walk to transport hubs.. I also enjoyed the entertainment in the public bar. Breakfast was quite good, and the service was fast.
The bedroom felt a bit tired, and the bathroom was really small. The shower was very small too. The sink had to be in the bedroom. It was useful because two people could not use the bathroom at the same time anyway.

The room was SPOTLESSLY clean! A fridge was even provided in the room. The bar downstairs was nice and quiet. The staff was really helpful!
The heating wasn't on when I first arrived, so the bedroom was cold at first.

soggy bread insufficient options
the breakfast service felt somewhat disorganized. there weren't enough tables initially, so i had to wait. i ordered poached eggs, but i received only one egg on soggy white bread with a strange spread. the lack of sufficient breakfast options was a real letdown.

warm welcome double room lovely breakfast nice cocktails
Connor welcomed us warmly from the start. our double room had great cleanliness. It felt peaceful. breakfast was lovely, it prepared us well. cocktails in the bar were nice too. I enjoyed them.
the sink was inside the room, not in the bathroom. it was great, but it was manageable.
