The room included a functional mini-fridge. I appreciated having that amenity. my room had ample storage space, i found this useful for organizing my belongings. breakfast offered a good selection, i liked the variety.

The staff at the bar were attentive and provided prompt service. luggage storage was available. This allowed me to explore the area before my departure. the hotel offers easy access to the u3 metro line.

the location was great. it was perfect for exploring. the room was a great size. it was well equipped and also the climate was perfect. the towels were good and the service was also good. the bartender was really nice, i'm so happy!
the reception staff did not seem friendly. it reminded me of i was bothering them by asking questions. also, there was no hand wash in one of the bathrooms. i also found some trash near the bed. the trash was metal bottle lids.

the location was acceptable so i could commute to clients in a reasonable time.
the reception staff didn't seem particularly friendly to me. it seemed like i was bothering them when i asked questions about my stay. also, there was a toilet seat in the bathroom, but no hand wash (seriously?). i had to go to a second bathroom in the room for that, a bit illogical in a family room.

the location was perfect for my event (i was attending a conference nearby). the room and facilities were fantastic. i found plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. i especially liked the quick check-in process.
i experienced a noise in the corridors. it was a whistling sound that bothered me.

the parking was expensive. i might not have found a parking place, because the parking lot available is public and the area is always in high demand.

the hotel is right in the centre of st pauli and near everything i wanted to see. it is a very convenient location near many restaurants, pubs and the subway station, about 200 meters away, though it was quiet!

i found the room to be a good size and very well equipped. the climate control worked perfectly, and the service was great. i liked the bartender from ghana. also, the location was very convenient (close to everything i wanted to see).
i noticed the staff at reception was a bit inattentive. they didn't acknowledge me when i passed by, even when they weren't busy, which i found a bit odd. i think they could improve on being more cute.
