the shower was problematic. it lacked proper sealing, so water leaked all over the bathroom floor during each use. i asked for extra towels to manage the mess, but this request was ignored.

The check-in process felt unnecessarily complicated. I had to re-enter all my information at a machine, it was a total buzzkill after a long trip.

the location is really central, very close to the u-bahn. i found the staff spoke english well and were friendly too. the apartment was clean and the beds provided comfort. the apartment had everything i needed (including coffee!).

the apartment felt a bit cold, even with the heating. i also thought the decor lacked personality. requesting an extra blanket was not possible .
