city view friendly staff
the hotel is near the alster pond and on a major street the main train station is a short walk. the front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable with local information umbrellas were available when it rained. my penthouse suite was large with a big restroom a dining area and a living room the floor to ceiling windows offered city views.
the deck outside my room joined with the deck of the adjacent room it lacked privacy.

I found the staff very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It had many healthy options. I especially liked the complimentary public transport ticket. It made getting around very easy.
The ceiling started leaking one night. I had to change rooms at midnight, inconvenient!

Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including many healthy options! There was a restaurant attached to the hotel, I also enjoyed a convenient bar in the lobby that featured plenty of seating and refreshments.

central location friendly staff quiet room
i appreciated the location, close to shops and public transport. the staff was friendly and helpful . my room was modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet, despite the central location.

Breakfast facilities were excellent, i found them very comfortable. staff quickly cleared tables after guests left after the breakfast service. a lovely bar man was working. I found them friendly.
