TORTUE features 128 rooms and suites, ranging from 22 to 72 square meters. Each room includes high ceilings, balconies, and extra-long box spring beds made by Hypnos, a British manufacturer. All rooms provide a living room with a couch, carpet or parquet flooring, a desk, a wardrobe, and ample storage. Amenities include ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms offer free toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Some rooms have a French balcony facing the courtyard, while others feature high ceilings. Certain apartments come with a separate sleeping and living area, a kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with marble amenities.

Diverse dining options

TORTUE offers three restaurants and four bars. JIN GUI provides modern dishes inspired by Asian cuisine and an opulent bar, serving delicacies that resonate through the senses. Chez l'ami offers meat, fish, and seafood in an intimate atmosphere. The brasserie serves a selection of à la carte dishes in a French atmosphere, including eggs Benedict, tartines with avocado, North Sea crab, and beef tartare. The hotel also features bar noir, bar bleu (a smokers lounge), bar privé (an event location with a fully equipped bar for rent), jardin TORTUE (a rooftop bar with skyline views), and comptoir TORTUE (a champagne bar).
