TORTUE features 128 rooms and suites ranging from 22 to 72 square meters. Rooms include high ceilings, balconies, and extra-long box spring beds manufactured by Hypnos. All rooms offer a living room with a couch, carpet or parquet, a desk, a wardrobe, and storage space. Amenities include ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. Bathrooms provide free toiletries and bathrobes. Some rooms feature a French balcony facing the courtyard.

TORTUE offers several dining options. JIN GUI features modern dishes inspired by Asian cuisine with an open kitchen and an opulent bar. Chez l'ami TORTUE serves meat, fish, and seafood in an intimate atmosphere. The brasserie presents a selection of à la carte dishes in a French atmosphere. A varied selection of dishes are offered, ranging from homemade jam, cream cheese, and sausage specialties to bread, rolls, croissants, cereals, milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, and juices. Other dishes include eggs Benedict, Büsumer crabs, beef tartar, and tartines with avocado.

TORTUE provides entertainment options, including access to the exclusive TORTUE VIP Box at Barclays Arena Hamburg for concerts. Guests can enjoy shows by artists such as Helene Fischer, Elton John, and Blink 182. A large dance floor with a bar counter and DJ booth provides space for private and business events. The jardin TORTUE is a rooftop bar with skyline views.

Located in the city center near Neuer Wall and Jungfernstieg, TORTUE HAMBURG is near shopping facilities and attractions such as the harbor, Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt, HafenCity, City Hall, and Jungfernstieg. TORTUE offers services, including valet parking for EUR 39 per day and standard parking for EUR 35 per day. The atelier TORTUE, adjacent to the reception area, provides opportunities to realize ideas and can be rented for TV and photo shoots. A podcast studio is available for audio recordings, equipped with microphones, headphones, and a mixer. Meeting arrangements are available in four salons.
