TORTUE features 128 rooms and suites, ranging from 22 to 72 square meters. Each room includes high ceilings, balconies, and extra-long box spring beds made by Hypnos, a British manufacturer. All rooms provide a living room with a couch, carpet or parquet flooring, a desk, a wardrobe, and ample storage. Amenities include ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms offer free toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Some rooms have a French balcony facing the courtyard, while others feature high ceilings. Certain apartments come with a separate sleeping and living area, a kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with marble amenities.
Diverse dining options
TORTUE offers three restaurants and four bars. JIN GUI provides modern dishes inspired by Asian cuisine and an opulent bar, serving delicacies that resonate through the senses. Chez l'ami offers meat, fish, and seafood in an intimate atmosphere. The brasserie serves a selection of à la carte dishes in a French atmosphere, including eggs Benedict, tartines with avocado, North Sea crab, and beef tartare. The hotel also features bar noir, bar bleu (a smokers lounge), bar privé (an event location with a fully equipped bar for rent), jardin TORTUE (a rooftop bar with skyline views), and comptoir TORTUE (a champagne bar).
Events and atelier
TORTUE has four salons and a breakout zone available for meetings, conferences, and private events. The salons accommodate from 10 to 28 people and can be equipped with bar and buffet consoles, fireplaces, and balconies. The atelier TORTUE is a creative corner with a podcast studio. The bar privé features a dance floor, a bar counter, and a DJ booth, making it ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings.

Located in the city center, TORTUE is near Neuer Wall and Jungfernstieg. It is a 5-minute walk from Roedingsmarkt and Stadthausbruecke, and 15 minutes' walk from Dammtor. The harbor, Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt, HafenCity, Rathaus, and Jungfernstieg are within walking distance.

TORTUE offers a digital guest guide with recommendations for shopping, dining, and cultural activities. Guests can take the train "S1 " towards "Wedel " or the train "S3 " towards "Pinneberg ".
