Excellent Airport Hotel Choice

This hotel is connected to the train station near Terminal 3. Access to Terminals 1 and 2 is easy with a short train ride (it's just 100m away). The room was quite comfortable, a plus for an airport hotel. The bathroom had good space and function. The check-in process was quick, and the rooms were clean.

The shower temperature wasn't consistent. It varied from cold to lukewarm in the evening and again in the morning.

The hotel is very close to Terminal 3. It is a short walk to the transfer train. The bathroom was big and it had ALL the amenities I needed.

The room got REALLY hot. The air conditioning unit did not work. The only solution was to open the window, and this let in taxi exhaust and airport noise.

The location was supreme. The train connected directly to the terminals and ran every few minutes. The staff acted very friendly. Check-in was fast online. Staff then quickly greeted me.

The restaurant was NOT especially inviting. I arrived late, but it was a bit before closing. It took a while to get seated, and no one came to take my order. I went to my room and attempted to order room service, but no one picked up.

the location proved convenient after long international flights. i could easily access the hotel using the free shuttle train. the BED was particularly comfortable and inviting and clean room. i appreciated the option to control the air conditioning in my room.

the front desk service felt unprofessional. i observed staff chatting in the back room when no one was at the desk. this behavior gave me the impression of being neglected.

the hotel's location suited my needs very well. it was convenient to the train shuttle for connections to other terminals. the breakfast had a large choice and opened early, perfect for my early flight.

the air conditioning did not work and the room became hot. ventilation was poor, and i could not sleep well because of the heat. the room was also quite small and dark for the price i paid.
