adequate stay, some issues
cold roomtraffic noise
the room i had was really cold when i got there. the en-suite bathroom had no heating, so it was particularly freezing in there. also, the road outside was quite busy so i heard a lot of traffic noise at night. it was annoying.

Alan, Bryan, and Andre are cute hosts. My single ensuite room on the second floor had a complimentary tray with coffee and tea making facilities. I selected my breakfast and chose a specific time to eat it. The hotel is within walking distance of the promenade and a tram stop.
The shower was quite small. It may be difficult for plus-sized people to use it comfortably.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They helped with directions and information about local attractions. Staff promptly fulfilled my requests for extra towels and pillows. The breakfast service was timely and attentive.

the rooms were very clean. the bed was comfortable, i appreciated that. i also found the breakfast delicious it set me up for the day.
the road was quite busy. i noticed some traffic noise from my room. this made it a little difficult to sleep soundly.

the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast had good options to choose from. the location was close enough to the north shore attractions. free parking was a definite plus, especially compared to other places.
the shower was a bit small. it was difficult for a larger person to move comfortably. the tv in the room was also quite small.
