a pleasant stay!

friendly staff high cleanliness perfect location close attractions

the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel had a high standard of cleanliness. the location was perfect for activities. it's close to attractions.

the heating wasn't working properly, but this was resolved quickly.

early check-in fantastic location cold room visible mould

The host robert welcomed me warmly upon arrival. he even allowed me to check in early! the location is fantastic. It is the best location i've experienced for closeness to the center.

i felt the room was quite cold. there was also visible mould on the photo above the bed!

the manager was friendly when i arrived, the room it was clean and tidy. the bed, it was super comfy. there was plenty of toilet paper and tea, so was good.

no negative aspects experienced, so all good.

absent remote bathroom dirt

the beds provided adequate comfort.

The television remote was absent, so i could not use the tv. the bathroom cleanliness was also not satisfactory with visible dirt present, it made me question the overall hygiene of the accommodation.

An Acceptable Stay, but with Issues

missing remote unsatisfactory bathroom cleanliness

The location was convenient and allowed easy access to the attractions.

The television remote was missing (I asked for one, but never received it). I found the bathroom cleanliness unsatisfactory, and a concerning lack of staff presence after 10 PM left me knocking for an extended period before another guest assisted me with entry. These issues detracted from an otherwise functional, if basic, accommodation.
